Our Tours

Every Ambassador tour is the culmination of a team effort by our staff members in planning every aspect of the tour from the airline arrangements, concert planning and publicity, to the hotel bookings, meal selections, and sightseeing activities. 

We use fully insured coach companies with high standards of safety and quality, and provide comfortable hotel accommodations in safe and pleasant areas in cities and towns.

All our tours include an escort for each motor coach.  The escort will be an experienced person from our home office or abroad.  Your escort will ensure that the hotel arrangements, meals, concerts and activities materialize as planned.  He or she is constantly working behind the scenes to assure that each tour runs smoothly, and communicating with the home office as the tour progresses.

Every tour member receives baggage tags, information about the destination, and two copies of the final itinerary:  one to take on tour and one to leave at home with friends or family.

The final itinerary details the daily activities, and contains the addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for every hotel.  If a group is in home stays, a contact person will be listed in the final itinerary.  Furthermore, the coach drivers and escorts carry cellular phones.

Most importantly, all our tours are uniquely designed for you and no two Ambassador Tours are ever alike.
